About Me:

Anna Claessen is a personal trainer and an internationally certified coach, hypnotherapist, yoga teacher, and dance teacher who is always continuing to learn more so she can better help her clients. Anna has personally overcome burnout, anxiety, Chrohns disease and depression, so she knows these struggles well. She went from being bedridden to teaching and working as a personal trainer.

  • Trauma Yoga, Hot Yoga teacher training, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Reiki, Gong, and Myofascial Release
  • ACC certified coach, as well as training in life-, codependency-, and relationship coaching
  • NLP, CBT, DBT, Gestalt, and RTT therapeutic hypnosis.
  • AquaZumba, Zumba Gold, Zumbini, Zumba Kids, Toning, Sentao, Strong, and Jallabina

Specialization: Beginners, people who feel intimidated by the gym floor and need support, or those who are getting back into exercise after a break. I especially specialize in burnout, having experienced it myself and knowing how much energy it can take just to get back on your feet. Is depression, anxiety, or other mental health challenges holding you back? Exercise improves well-being, and I encourage you to show up for yourself. I have personally struggled with anxiety and depression, so I approach this with understanding and encourage you in a positive way. We work with where you are right now and focus on loving the journey.
